Hit all three and you’re looking at a ten-times payout. That kind of spike can push you up a tournament leaderboard in one go. It’s random, sure, but that’s also why people are saving their bigger multipliers for heist windows instead of rolling them out whenever they feel lucky.
Chance tiles matter a lot more now
One of the biggest shifts this season is the Ever After Chance Card. Railroad spaces aren’t your only trigger anymore. You can land on a Chance tile and get thrown straight into a Fairytale Heist or Shut Down, which means the board has more danger and more opportunity at the same time. You’ll notice pretty quickly that this changes movement strategy. Plenty of players still treat Chance like filler, but that’s a mistake now. If I’m a few spaces away from either a Railroad or Chance tile, I’ll usually slow down mentally, check the board, and decide whether it’s worth pushing my multiplier. Sometimes that one choice carries an entire session.
Best way to play the season
The players doing well right now usually aren’t rolling nonstop. They’re waiting for the right board spots, then committing. Saving dice for 50x or 100x near Railroads and Chance tiles is still one of the safest ways to get strong returns, especially during Mega Heist windows.
